中国长春是法轮大法在世间洪传的发源地，也是法轮大法创始人李洪志先生的家乡。

1992年5月13日，李洪志先生在中国长春传出法轮大法。法轮大法是佛家上乘修炼大法，以宇宙最高特性「真、善、忍」为根本指导，依照宇宙的演化原理而修炼。经亿万人的修行实践证明，法轮大法是大法大道，在把真正修炼的人带到高层次的同时，对稳定社会、提高人们的身体素质和道德水准，也起到了不可估量的正面作用。

目前，法轮大法已洪传全球六大洲一百五十多个国家和地区，获得逾万个褒奖，受到世界各地不同族裔越来越多民众的喜爱和欢迎。法轮大法主要著作《转法轮》等被翻译成五十种语言，在全世界发行和传播。

传法初期，长春法轮功学员办了一份报纸，1994年4月第一期发行，1994年7月第二期更名为《法轮功在长春》，1995年7月第六期更名为《法轮大法在长春》，主办单位改为长春市法轮大法辅导总站。

1996年1月10日，法轮功创始人李洪志师父题写「法轮大法在长春」。此后，报纸版头改为李洪志师父亲笔题字的手笔，右上方则是法轮大法的标记──法轮图形。头版头条刊登了李洪志师父亲手写「法轮大法在长春」的照片。

为延续这份报纸，2010年长春法轮功学员创建网站。 2021年2月，网站版头恢复为「法轮大法在长春」，继续为中国大陆和海外民众提供法轮功信息、真相信息，以及为中国大陆的民众提供突破网络防火墙的翻墙软体。

Introduction to “Falun Dafa in Changchun”

Changchun, China, is the birthplace of Falun Dafa’s widespread dissemination in the world and the hometown of its founder, Mr. Li Hongzhi. This beautiful city shines with a legend.

On May 13, 1992, Mr. Li Hongzhi introduced Falun Dafa in Changchun, China. Falun Dafa is a supreme Buddhist cultivation practice, guided fundamentally by the universe’s highest characteristics—“Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance”—and cultivated according to the principles of cosmic evolution. Proven through the cultivation practice of hundreds of millions of people, Falun Dafa is a great law and great way. While elevating genuine practitioners to higher levels, it has also played an immeasurably positive role in stabilizing society and enhancing people’s physical health and moral standards.

Falun Dafa has now spread to more than 150 countries and regions across six continents, receiving over 10,000 awards and commendations, and is increasingly welcomed and embraced by people of diverse ethnic backgrounds worldwide. Its primary texts, including Zhuan Falun, have been translated into 50 languages and are published and disseminated globally.

In the early days of spreading the Fa, Falun Gong practitioners in Changchun established a newspaper. The first issue was published in April 1994. The second issue, released in July 1994, was renamed Falun Gong in Changchun. By the sixth issue in July 1995, it was further renamed Falun Dafa in Changchun, with the organizing body changed to the Changchun Falun Dafa Assistance Center.

On January 10, 1996, Master Li Hongzhi, founder of Falun Gong, inscribed the title “Falun Dafa in Changchun.” Subsequently, the newspaper’s masthead featured Master Li’s handwritten inscription, with the Falun Dafa emblem—the Falun symbol—in the upper right corner. The front page prominently displayed a photograph of Master Li personally writing “Falun Dafa in Changchun.”

To continue the newspaper’s legacy, Falun Gong practitioners in Changchun established a website in 2010. In February 2021, the website’s masthead reverted to “Falun Dafa in Changchun,” continuing to provide Falun Gong information and truth clarification information to people in mainland China and overseas, while also offering VPN software to help mainland Chinese citizens bypass the internet firewall.
